I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist accredited member of BACP.

I completed my Level 5 Diploma at Reflect-On Academy.

Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Couple therapy with the NAOS Institute.

In my private practice I work from an integrative perspective drawing on a range of therapeutic understanding and interventions.

I have worked in the NHS and in a Community setting (provided long term/low cost counselling)as well as providing mental health support to young people , currently involved in Grief work in a hospice.
